Our training courses are supported by a range of practical hands-on exercises.

These exercises usually involve using dynamic simulation models, developed in MATLAB/Simulink and/or LabVIEW.

• Download Evaporation Tower Level Control (.zip file) - This hands-on exercise is used in our basic control training courses. The .zip file contains (1) the compiled, LabVIEW based evaporation tower models and the required supporting files and (2) a PDF file that describes the exercises to be completed by trainees using the dynamic models.

Note: The above models run on a Windows machine, provided a copy of the freely available LabVIEW 8.6 Run-Time Engine (Standard) for Windows from National Instruments is installed (choose Standard Download LVRTE86std.exe (108 MB)).
